Returns & Warranty

30-Day Returns

If Cloud Canvas isn't right for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee. To qualify, the unit must be in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Contact us at support@mycloudcanvas.com  to start a return. 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your unit, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

1-Year Warranty

Every Cloud Canvas is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your unit arrives damaged, dead on arrival, or develops a defect within one year, we'll repair or replace it at no cost, including shipping both ways.

The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear. Contact us at support@mycloudcanvas.com with your order number to file a claim.
